  • Glenn Chin Boomerangs Back To EA Sports



    Glenn Chin who built a name and reputation for pioneering marketing tactics in the gaming business has left his position at Nike to return to EA Sports the place he helped really build into a culturally relevant powerhouse in the 90’s. Chin will return to Redwood City, CA as the VP, Brand Marketing leaving a Global Brand Director position at Nike where he was a part of the USA basketball Beijing Olympics launch as well as the development of the Apple + Nike/Nike Plus shoe launch. Chin comes back to the EA brand at a time when the brand is in dire need to return to its roots of being a powerhouse cultural brand. He spent 13 years at EA before leaving for Portland and Nike. During the time that he has been away the brand has gone through its ups and downs not to mention the gaming business overall. His experience at Nike and understanding of the EA brand will be much welcomed.
